Mr. Bloom, a principal of Argus, has over 12 years of experience in restructuring and crisis management. With Argus, Mr. Bloom has advised over 75 clients across a wide range of industries. His engagements focus on transactions including refinancing, recapitalization, debt restructuring, and asset divestiture. He also frequently advises clients on liquidity management, creditor negotiations, and balance sheet restructuring and has served in interim executive roles. Mr. Bloom has also provided valuation analysis and expert witness services.
Prior to joining Argus, Mr. Bloom lived in Beijing and worked in business development and operations for a US-based telecom company. He holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an MPA from Cornell University.
