Senior Consultant

Peter has over thirty years of broad financial and operational experience in various industries, including a significant amount of consulting and interim management experience with both startups and established businesses. He has held titles of CEO, President, COO and CFO in manufacturing, software, construction, technology and consulting companies. Peter started at Cabot Corporation, a diversified Fortune 500 company, as a Senior Financial Analyst. He also served as Division Controller for a $100M division of GCA Corporation, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, and helped grow the division from $12M to its $100M level over a four year period. In addition, Peter was President of a $20M construction company prior to selling it to ServiceMaster Corporation, where he bought and sold businesses during his tenure there. He then remained to be Regional Manager overseeing ServiceMaster's $50M Northeast Region. He has been involved in a number of start-up businesses over his career, dealing with everything from writing the business plan, fundraising from venture capital sources, developing bank relationships, establishing leasing programs, internal system development, interim management and all basic operational functions. Peter also has extensive experience with the difficulties and uniqueness of family-owned businesses.

Peter received his BSBA (cum laude) in Finance & Management from Suffolk University and his MBA from Babson College.
