Mike has recently merged his IT consulting and software development staff of five consultants with Argus Management. Argus will be providing IT consulting to its client base, as well as, IT support to the various Argus consultants.

Specific engagements have included the following:

Miller Brewing Company — Provided application solutions to the Miller’s marketing department. With our team we provided marketing support applications; reporting solutions and client facing sweepstakes web sites.

Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority — Mr. Haggerty has been an advisor to the MBTA in their technology upgrade initiatives. He provided project management during the deployment of their upgraded web site. He is currently assisting the MBTA in the selection and hiring of key technology personnel.

PepsiCo — In 2004 PepsiCo began a corporate wide SAP implementation. Mr. Haggerty was a project manager responsible for identifying and categorizing the 1000+ systems in use at PepsiCo; providing PepsiCo with an Enterprise Data Model; the data conversion for the SAP implementation and implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse using Teradata.

DeNovis — DeNovis was the developer of a comprehensive Internet-based health plan administration platform. Mr. Haggerty was responsible for Internal Engineering at deNovis. As a project manager he was responsible for all stress and performance testing and application development for internal departments.

Watershed Technologies — Mr. Haggerty was a Co-founder of Watershed Technologies. Watershed created Java components and tools for use in enterprise solutions. Watershed was sold to IONA Technologies (NASDAQ:IONA) in 2000.

Background

Mike was Honorably Discharged from the US Marine Corp in 1990 and began his career at Fidelity Investments.
