Martin has twenty years experience in General Management, Operations, and Business Development. He has held a variety of positions including COO with companies ranging in size from $5M to $200M in the Capital Equipment, Electronics, Engineering Services, Wire & Cable, Giftware Industries.. Martin helps companies become more profitable by revitalizing struggling operations and more dynamic by implementing World Class and Lean Manufacturing Processes. He has led multiple operational turnarounds. His contributions also extend to revenue expansion. He led a business to 20% sales growth and spearheaded M&A activities completing two acquisitions and two joint ventures including one in Mexico. Martin holds an MBA and a BS in Engineering from WPI.
