Joe, a recent addition to our professional staff, brings 25 years of experience as Controller, CFO and CEO in the high tech sector. He has been actively involved in nearly twenty acquisitions and divestitures including a hostile takeover during his career. Following his seven year experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he specialized in providing audit services to the high tech and financial services industries, Joe has successfully served in numerous financial capacities for public companies in the Boston area.
