Senior Consultant

Jim joined Argus Management Corporation in 2008 serving as a consulting professional to one of the firms major banking clients. Jim brings more than 16 years' experience in finance and accounting with proven expertise in the areas of business combinations, high-yield debt offerings, equity-based financing, risk management, tax strategy, and financial operations. Prior to joining Argus, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of a private equity backed distribution company in Chicago. Jim also held multiple positions with a Fortune 500 company, including the Vice President of Finance for one of its operating divisions, where he was responsible for all financial operations, company-wide controls, and business performance. Prior to that, he held a variety of senior financial management roles with Art Technology Group and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Jim is a graduate of Bentley College with a BS in Accountancy.
