Frank’s consulting career of over 30 years began with his co-founding of a regional accounting and consulting firm. He served as the managing director of this multi-faceted firm and was elected to serve on the board of its international association wherein he represented Canada, Mexico and the U.S. In addition to his many professional activities, he has served in numerous capacities within industries such as finance, manufacturing, banking and energy, both public and privately owned. He has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations, merger and acquisitions, divestitures, forensics and negotiated settlements. In addition to his professional certifications, he hold a BSBA degree from Stonehill College and an MBA from Babson College.
